STANDARD PACKAGE
- Mowing - We are careful to mow at the proper height for your type of grass to reduce
scalping, weeds, stress due to drought, and other lawn damage. - Blowing debris off sidewalks and driveways
- Edging sidewalks and driveways
- Weed eating
GREEN PACKAGE
The Standard Package PLUS:
- Scalping - Bermuda and zoysia lawns (only) should be scalped each spring. Scalping is
the removal of dormant, straw-colored turf, and it promotes earlier green-up and helps
prevent thatch and weed problems throughout the summer. March 15th through April
30th is a good time to scalp your yard. A reel mower is used for optimal results. - Debris Removal - Spring and fall clean up to remove the leaves and debris for the
season.

OTHER SERVICES
- De-Thatching- Thatch develops when dead organic matter-grass stems, dead roots,
and debris but not clippings-builds up faster than it decomposes. It accumulates on top
of the soil at the base of the blades. A layer thicker than ½ inch prevents water, air,
and fertilizer from reaching the roots. Thatch can ruin a lawn. This can be resolved by
de-thatching. The best time to de-thatch is just before grass begins its most vigorous
growth. Our trained crew can help you achieve a healthy lawn.
- Top dressing- Top dressing involves applying a sand mixture over the surface of your
grass to level and enhance lawn quality and appearance. Top dressing also encourages
the growth of new grass plants, making your lawn more thick and lush with each
application. Top dressing will help level out any lumps and bumps that are present on
an uneven lawn. It will also improve the color and growth of the grass. Check out our
